Franki Foundations Begins CFA Piling Works at Former Homebase Site in Streatham

Franki Foundations is pleased to announce the commencement of a new CFA piling project at the former Homebase redevelopment site in Streatham, South London. Streatham


The project will see the installation of 350mm diameter load-bearing Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piles, alongside specialist tower crane foundation piles, providing critical support for the site's forthcoming construction works.

A key milestone for the project is the deployment of Franki Foundations' new CHF 500 piling rig, which is currently undergoing commissioning on site. The addition of the advanced rig further strengthens the company's capability to deliver efficient and high-quality foundation solutions on complex urban developments.

With commissioning well underway, the team is looking forward to beginning piling operations and contributing to the successful transformation of this prominent Streatham site.
